Mission/Description
THE FRENCH WORKSHOP is an artisan bakery with locations in Bayside, Queens; Garden City, Plainview & Wantagh, Long Island. Founded in December 2015 by two families, The French Workshop was inspired by the boulangeries of Paris—with an open concept workshop showcasing not only their signature sweets and savories, but also their talented pâtissiers.
